How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order on My Account.

How can I track my order?

You will get an email from us with a tracking no. when we ship your order. You can also get the tracking no from My Account

How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?

You will receive an email confirmation from Shaye once your order is successfully placed. The mail will have all the details related to your order.

How soon will my order ship?

Please allow us 5 to 8 days to deliver your order to you.

How much is the Shipping Cost?

You can get free shipping on an order of S$75. Below $75 you will be charged a delivery fee of $12.

Returns & Exchange

What is the return policy? How does it work?

We offer free returns for a period of 5 days from your receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return the product should not be washed, worn or altered. The product should be returned with its original price tag and label.

Store credit will be added into your account within 2 days from when we receive your parcel. You can use your store credit with your next order on Shaye.

How do I exchange a product on Shaye?

We offer free size exchange for all products for a period of 5 days from your receiving the product.

To be eligible for a size exchange the product should not be washed worn or altered. The product should be returned with it’s original price tag and label.

Store Credit and how can I use it?

Store credit is the digital value amount which is available in your account. You can use it for shopping as a payment method. The amount of store credit in your account can be seen in My Accounts under the section Store Credit.

Once you have completed your shopping, on checkout page store credit is one of the options in payment method. Avail it to complete your order.

What are terms of use of Store Credit and its validity?

1. Store credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
2. You can use store credit for shopping on Shaye
3. Store credit cannot be converted to cash.
4. It is valid for 6 months from date of issue.

How do I return multiple products from a single order?

If you are returning multiple products from a single order together, you can generate a single Return ID in “My account”.

How do I return a single product when I ordered more than one product in a single order?

If you are returning single products from an order, you need to click on the item which you want to return and It will generate a Return ID for the product.

Why has my return request been declined?

This may have happened, if the item you returned is used, damaged or original tags are missing. For more details, please contact our customer care on [email protected]
